2021 Kay Brothers Amery Vineyard Basket Pressed Grenache

A rich, juicy Grenache that concludes long, succulent and spicy.

Matured for 10 months in seasoned French oak puncheons. Dark red core with black tinged edges and a dark red hue. Spicy dark raspberry and liquorice scents fill the nostrils complimented by herb du Provence, vanillin earth and subtle pepper notes. Rich juicy dark raspberry, liquorice and dark to black cherry fruits swamp the mouth. Vanillin confectionary, subtle earth and spice elements the undercard. Excellent intensity with velvet smooth tannins and a lush, opulent feel. Concludes long, succulent and spicy.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
