2021 Lucky Cat Pinot Gris

Brilliant water like coloured core with a greenish tinged outskirts. Jumping out of the glass are pear, red apple and musk scents followed by some stony mineral notes. Crunchy pear, red apple and citrus fruits have a lively feel across the palate with wet stone and mineral ascents lying underneath. Finishes dry with a crisp refreshing aftertaste that sees the emergence of some subtle musk nuances.
