Bright straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of pear, ripe apple and lime drift out of the glass with hints of salted almond and wet stone also evident. Beautifully shaped in the mouth, ripe apple, pear and lime fruits overlay a delicate salted almond and wet stone back drop. Fresh underlying acidity lends energy to the mid length finish that has a river stone like feel to it.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.

Top flight producer from Portugal. Killer.
Salty! Lush texture in a way, soft, supple, but with this nice bite of saline elements and a woosh of lemon juice, lemon curd going on. Green apple too. It has a kind of beach succulent character in the mix. It has a crispness to finish. Yellow stone fruits? There. Lots on, lots of pleasure, easy drinking, very good. Drink 2023-2028.

Tasted again, nearly a year on.
Saline, lemon oil, aromatic green herb perfume, gentle spice. Fresh, with some buttery notes, glossy, but has fine texture, and a perfumed salty finish of great length. Delicious.
