2021 Mac Forbes Hoddles Creek Village Chardonnay

Matured for 10 months in small old oak casks. Brilliant very pale straw almost water like coloured core with greenish tinged edges. Aromas of nectarine, pear and dried honey mix with hints of lemon butter and biscuit. The elegant palate features pear and citrus fruit over a green apple and stony mineral back drop. Finishes dry and focused with brisk acidity and a light refined aftertaste.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
