2021 Mac Forbes Woori Yallock Village Chardonnay

Brilliant very pale straw in colour with a glimmer of green skirting the edges and a watery hue. Refined aromatics of white peach, dried honey and cashew drift from the glass followed by some biscuity nougat and delicate spice notes. Light and elegant in its feel, fresh pear, lime and green apple fruits overlay a saline like background of oyster shells and minerals. Brisk acidity with a lively  finish that has a subtle mineral zing to it.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
