2021 Mad Fish Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot

Totally opaque black dark red colour with a dark red hue. Slightly herbaceous aromas of red currant and mulberry followed by dusty cedar and light spicy tobacco notes. Medium bodied red to dark currant and mulberry flavours overlay cedary tobacco characters, earth and spicy bay leaf. Fine grained tannins with a sense of finesse to the medium length conclusion.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
