2021 Mad Fish Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot

Dark red black tinged heart with a dark red hue. Nosing offers up aromas of blackcurrant and mulberry infused with black olives followed by some spicy cigar box and faint bay leaf notes. Medium bodied the palate shows good flesh with red to black currant and mulberry fruits melding into a dusty cedar, tobacco, black olive and spicy bay leaf back drop. Slightly grainy tannins with a savoury mid length conclusion.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
