2021 Mad Fish Chardonnay

Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Expressive scents of ripe peaches, tropical fruits and honeydew are trailed by some spice notes. Ripe, texturally round and fleshy the palate features concentrated peach and tropical fruits flavours over melon and spice. Balanced acidity with a long generously fruited conclusion.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
