2021 Mad Fish Sauvignon Blanc Semillon

Brilliant water like colour with a faint greenish tinge to the outskirts. Pungent lime zest, passionfruit and herbaceous gooseberry scents spring from the glass followed by some grassy mineral like notes. Crunchy lime and passionfruit flavours overlay a back drop of citrus and herbaceous grassy characters. Finishes dry and crisp with a zippy aftertaste.
