2021 Main & Cherry Cabernet Sauvignon

Matured in French oak for 12 months. Dense inky black heart with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Lifted blackcurrant and mulberry aromas combine with vanillin cedar, tobacco, black olive and hints of bay leaf. Rich blackcurrant and mulberry fruits meld into a dusty vanillin cedar, tobacco and spicy black olive back drop. Chalky feel with sturdy tannins asserting themselves through the firm rigid finish.
Cellar 5-6 years.
