2021 Mollydooker The Boxer Shiraz

Fruit was sourced from McLaren Vale and Langhorne Creek. Dense inky black heart with a deep dark red black hue. Wafting from the glass are trademark Boxer aromatics of black cherry, liquorice and black plum which are trailed by some toasty vanillin oak and spice notes. Rich, full bodied and loaded with an abundance of lavish black fruits, the opulently textured palate has some toasty vanillin oak and spicy earth characters lingering on the back half. Velvet smooth tannins finishing long, spicy and seductive.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
