Herbaceous gooseberry aromas have a prominent grassy asparagus overlay with hints of capsicum and spice in the background. Zippy gooseberry and citrus flavours drive the highly refreshing palate with notions of passionfruit, herbaceous grassy characters, spicy asparagus and green capsicum in the background. Dry crisp finish with a long invigorating, intensely flavoured aftertaste.
