2021 Mountadam Five-Fifty Chardonnay

Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Nectarine, white peach and dried honey aromas fill the nostrils followed by some bacon fat, nougat and spice. Ripe nectarine and peach fruit drives the palate with some subtle dried honey, delicate bacon fat and spicy nougat elements lying underneath. Creamy textured mid palate feel finishing with a lick of freshness.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
