2021 Murdoch Hill Pinot Noir
Includes 25% whole bunch fruit with maturation taking place in both puncheons and barriques for 10 months of which 15% were new. Cloudy red in colour with a light red hue. A fragrant mix of sour to red cherry and winter strawberry scents are followed by fresh herb, clove and forest floor. Delicious bright red cherry and winter strawberry fruits overlay a back drop of forest floor, spicy fresh herbs and delicate cedar. Fresh crunchy like acidity with polished tannins and a light pretty conclusion that has an energetic feel to it.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
Alc. 13%

hello, pinot
Spicy, flinty, minerally pinot noir. Light weight, spreads nicely in the palate, soft, dark cherry fruited, a little dark chocolate, some twiggy woody notes and a bit of turned earth. Beautiful texture. Will stutter on that, beautiful. Delicious drinking. Drink 2022-2026+
