2021 Novum Pinot Noir

Deep dark red colour with black shaded edges and a red to dark red hue. Spicy dark cherry, strawberry and rhubarb scents gently infused with clove are followed by some smoked meat like notes, dried herbs and light earth. Slightly taut in its feel the elegant palate is layered with a savoury flavour profile of red to dark cherries, strawberries, rhubarb, dried herbs, smoky cedar, dried meats and spicy earth. Bright underlying acidity and slightly grainy tannins with a spicy, refined and complex conclusion.
