2021 Onannon Pinot Gris

Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Aromas of pear and apple are followed by faint dried honey, quince and spice notes. Spicy pear and honeyed apple like flavours have a gently creamy feel with subtle dried nut characters in the background. Finishes with brisk acidity which lends freshness to the elegant medium length aftertaste.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
