2021 Osicka Selection Heathcote Shiraz

Aged for 14 months in French oak. Pitch black core with a deep dark red black hue. Pronounced dark plum, liquorice and blackberry scents meld into vanillin cedar, fennel and peppered earth notes. Rich juicy dark plum, liquorice and blackberry fruits overlay a back drop of toasty oak, earthy fennel and blackpepper. Very polished tannins. Fleshy mouthfeel with good freshness and a long generously fruited yet refined aftertaste laced with pepper.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
