2021 Paringa Estate ‘Estate’ Chardonnay

Fermented in new and seasoned French oak puncheons. Brilliant pale straw colour with a gleaming green tinge to the outskirts and a watery hue. Elevated aromas of nectarine and pear are followed by some dried honey, biscuity nougat, subtle cashew and spice notes. Rich white peach, nectarine and dried honey flavours carry a fleshy mouthfeel with some biscuity oak, lemony nougat and spice characters lingering underneath. Finishes with good freshness and a lengthy subtle cream toned aftertaste.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
