2021 Paxton Rose

Certified organic. Translucent salmon pink in colour with an uplifted nose of cherry, raspberry and pomegranate scents followed by hints of Turkish delight. Supplely textured, the generously weighted palate is flooded with cherry, pomegranate and ripe strawberry fruits which have undertones of spicy musk. Dry brisk finish with a long, well rounded aftertaste.
