2021 Pirathon Blue Label Shiraz

Impenetrable inky black heart with a deep dark purple black hue. Lifted ripe dark plum and liquorice scents are trailed by vanillin oak, hints of mocha and spice. Rich and plush the palate is flooded with spicy dark plum and liquorice fruits which overlay toasty vanillin oak, earth and confectionary characters. Velvet smooth tannins with a ripe fleshy conclusion.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
