2021 Pllana Liam Barossa Shiraz

Dense inky black colour with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Soaring out of the glass are liquorice, dark plum and black cherry scents which are interwoven with smoky vanillin cedar, fennel and peppered earth notes. Rich opulent liquorice, dark plum and black cherry fruits completely engulf the mouth. Smoky vanillin cedar, earthy fennel and blackpepper characters lend further nuance. Deep and powerful it possesses velvety tannins and finishes long and sumptuous. A very seductive Barossa Shiraz.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
