2021 Port Phillip Estate Balnarring Single Vineyard Pinot Noir

Matured in French oak, 15% new, for a period of 11 months. Semi translucent bright dark red colour with shades of black around the edges and a light red hue. Perfumed scents of violets, red cherries and winter strawberries blossom from the glass mixing with hints of anise, forest floor, spicy cedar and fresh herbs along the way. Delicious red cherry and winter strawberry fruits carry abundant freshness over a savoury back drop of forest floor, spicy cedar and fresh herb infusions. Bright elegant feel with a refined tannin structure. Concludes with a vibrant red fruited aftertaste.
