2021 Red Edge Degree Shiraz

Rich and juicy with medium to full body weight and an opulent texture.

Includes 6% Mourvedre and 4% Riesling with maturation taking place in 3-8 year old French oak barriques for a period of 18 months. Deep black dark red colour with a dark red hue. Aniseed, black cherry and smoky vanillin cedar aromas sail out of the glass trailed by some scorched earth and peppered meat notes. Rich juicy aniseed, black cherry and dark plum fruits overlay a scorched earth, vanillin cedar and peppered smoked meat back drop. Medium to full in body it has an opulent texture, velvet smooth tannins and a long fleshy finish.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
