2021 Rising Chardonnay

Brilliant pale straw colour with highlights of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. White peach and nectarine scents drift from the glass followed by some delicate citrusy honeyed like notes, nougat and gun flint. Vibrant white peach and nectarine fruits overlay subtle dried honey, citrusy nougat and gun flint characters. Finishes dry with an energetic burst of freshness and a faintly creamed aftertaste.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
