2021 Roaring Meg Pinot Gris

The second label of Mt Difficulty, the Roaring Meg Pinot Gris is made in a traditional rich, luscious, off dry style that packs plenty of intensity.
Brilliant very pale straw colour with a faint glimmer of green to the edges and a watery hue. Fresh pear and red apple scents intermix with honeysuckle, ginger spice and quince notes. Texturally ripe and full with excellent intensity, luscious pear and apple fruits overlay honeysuckle, subtle ginger, quince and spicy musk elements. Off dry finish with brisk acidity lending freshness to the long delicious aftertaste.
