Brilliant water like core with distinct highlights of green skirting the edges. Pungent aromas of passionfruit, herbaceous gooseberries and green apple mix with some grassy asparagus and mineral notes. The scrumptious palate is intensely flavoured with passionfruit, ripe gooseberry and limes. Herbaceous grassy and stony mineral characters lie underneath. Crisp acidity with a long concentrated, mouth watering finish.
