2021 Schoffit Lieu-Dit Harth Tradition Riesling

Brilliant pale straw colour with a subtle tinge of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. Attractive lime and red apple scents drift out of the glass with hints of orange blossom, honeysuckle and wet slate also evident. Showing nice volume and concentration, lime and green to red apple fruits are featured over subtle orange and wet stone characters. Finishes dry with brisk acidity and a lively lime driven aftertaste.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
