2021 Second Nature Shiraz

Totally opaque black dark red colour with a dark red hue. Aromas of liquorice, dark plum and toasty vanillin oak move through the nostrils followed by some dried herb and peppered earth notes. Rich succulent liquorice and dark plum fruits fill the mouth with vanillin oak and peppered earth elements lying underneath. Fleshy mouth feel with polished tannins and bright acidity. Exuberantly juicy conclusion.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
