2021 Seghesio Langhe Nebbiolo

Seghesio is an under the radar producer that is fast building a reputation for delivering great value. The fruit for this wine comes from the lowest section of the vineyards and the wine spends four to five months in old barriques.

Red to dark red in colour with a bright red hue. Captivating rose petal, red currant, red cherry and red liquorice aromas enchant the olfactory senses with hints of earth, leather and spicy herbs also evident. Delicious red cherry and red currant fruits are framed by a stern tannin structure and vibrant acidity. Earth, new leather and infusions of fresh herbs also chime in. Finishes dry, grippy and energetic.
