2021 Seville Estate Pinot Noir

A combination of destemmed and whole bunch ferments were employed with maturation taking place in French oak barrels, 30% of which were new.
Semi translucent red to dark red colour with a light red hue. Sailing through the nostrils with plenty of intensity are alluring dark cherry, strawberry, violet, dried herb, forest floor, subtle meaty notes and spicy cedar. Light and supple across the palate, delicious dark cherry and strawberry fruits intermix with forest floor, brambly cedar, fresh herbs and spice. Silky smooth, seamlessly integrated tannin structure. Understated in its power it finishes long with a seductive savouriness.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
