2021 Sfera Cabernet Sauvignon

Dense inky black heart with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Elevated ripe blackcurrant aromas intermingle with choc mint, vanillin cedar, earth and spice. Rich and full in body, succulent black currant and dark cherry fruits carry an opulent feel across the palate with notions of choc mint, earthy vanillin cedar and spice lying underneath. Excellent concentration and power for its price with ripe slightly chewy tannins. Long juicy blackcurrant and choc mint laced conclusion.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
