2021 Sfera Shiraz

Dense inky black heart with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Pronounced aniseed and choc mint aromas are joined by dark plum and vanillin spice notes. Medium to full bodied, rich juicy dark plum and aniseed flavours are supported by vanillin oak, scorched earth and mint characters. Fleshy mouth feel with velvet smooth tannins and a long generously flavoured finish that shows plenty of succulence.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
