2021 Siduri Willamette Valley Pinot Noir
Matured for 10 months in 25% new French oak. Dark red core with black shaded edges and a dark red hue. Pronounced dark to black cherry, ripe plum and anise aromas greet the nostrils with some rhubarb, dried herb and spice notes also evident. Juicy and fleshy textured the palate is layered with ripe dark cherry, plum and anise flavours. Smooth polished tannins with some scorched earth, dried herb and spice characters lying underneath. Succulent mid length conclusion.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
