2021 Singlefile Chardonnay

Fermented and matured in 25% new French oak for 6 months. Brilliant very pale straw colour with a distinct greenish tinge around the outskirts and a watery hue. Aromas of nectarine and pear mix with subtle hints of dried honey, biscuity oak and gun flint. Rich, fleshy peach and ripe nectarine fruits mix with dried honey, subtle infusions of gun flint and spicy nougat. Cream tinged texture finishing ripe and well endowed.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
