2021 Soul Growers Provident Shiraz

Dense inky black in colour with a very deep dark purple black hue. Intoxicating dark plum, liquorice and blackberry aromas meld into vanillin oak, subtle mocha and spicy earth notes. Rich and concentrated the full bodied palate is awash with flamboyant dark plum, blackberry, liquorice and ripe black cherry fruits. Lurking beneath are vanillin oak, blueberry, earthy mocha and spice characters. Ripe polished tannins have a sturdy underbelly. Amply powered it finishes long and bright with a seductive opulence.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
