2021 South by South West Nebbiolo

Matured in older French oak hogshead barrels for 12 months. Dark red in colour with black tinged edges and a bright red hue. Alluring red cherry and rose petal aromas mix with red currant, subtle tobacco, dried herb and spicy earth notes. Delicious red cherry and red currant fruits drive the vibrant palate. Infusions of dried herbs, subtle tobacco, earth and spice lie underneath. Stern, robust tannin structure that sits in nice balance with the lively acidity. Concludes with some gentle grip and a long bright earthy red fruited aftertaste that’s super savoury.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
