2021 Spinifex Papillon

A blend of 86% Grenache and 14% Cinsault. Vibrant red purple colour with a light purple red hue. A fragrant bouquet of violets, red raspberries, cherries and red liquorice wafts from the glass followed by notions of clove and spicy earth. Fresh and juicy the light to mid weighted palate is buzzing with delicious red raspberry, red cherry and red liquorice fruits. Polished tannins and lively acidity with subtle clove, earth and spice ascents flowing onto the back half. Finishes with a long bright red fruited aftertaste.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
