Elevated spicy blackberry and liquorice aromas jump out of the glass followed by black cherry, smoky earth and peppered meat notes. Succulent blackberry, plum and liquorice fruits are delivered with terrific richness and a lush feel. Inky earth and blackpepper characters lurk in the background. Fresh acidity combines with a sturdy tannin structure. Concludes with an opulent yet youthfully inky aftertaste.
