2021 Terrazas de Los Andes Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon

Pitch black heart with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Rising from the glass are blackcurrant aromas infused with a mix of black olive and dried herb scents followed by some tobacco, dusty earth and subtle spicy capsicum notes. The elegant mid weighted palate features blackcurrant, black olive, dried herb, tobacco and dusty earth flavours over a spicy back drop. Sturdy fine grained tannins firm up the finish a touch. Spicy mid length conclusion.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.

Fresh and tangy nose full of currants, grilled fresh herbs and a touch of flowers. Really clean and precise on the palate with fresh, natural acidity and a linear finish. Tannins are fine and fresh. Really elegant, but tightly wound. Drink now or hold.
