2021 Tiefenbrunner Turmhof Blauburgunder Pinot Noir

Founded in 1848 Tiefenbrunner is considered to be a benchmark producer in the Alto-Adige region. Dark red core with black shaded edges and a red to dark red hue. Aromas of red to dark cherries infused with fresh herbs are followed by some stalky notes, earth and spice. A delicious mix of red and dark cherries are complimented by earth, dried herb and spice characters. Nicely fleshed it has polished tannins, fresh underlying acidity and a savoury finish.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
