Brilliant pale straw colour with a greenish tinge to the edges and a watery hue. An intense mix of passionfruit and ripe gooseberry scents have a herbaceous grassy overlay with some lime and flinty mineral notes also evident. Concentrated passionfruit and ripe gooseberry fruits generate a textural fullness on the palate. Citrus, grassy asparagus and mineral characters lie underneath. Finishes dry with crisp acidity. Superb power concluding very long and mouth wateringly moreish.
