2021 Trinity Hill Chardonnay

Bright straw colour with a subtle tinge of green to the edges and a watery hue. Aromas of ripe peach and honeycomb mix with hints of butterscotch, crème brulee and spice. Rich and opulent the palate is awash with ripe peach, butterscotch and honeycomb flavours which overlay a cashew and spicy nougat back drop. Creamy textured it finishes with good freshness and a long buttery, cashew laced aftertaste.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
