Brilliant pale straw colour with a faint greenish tinge around the edges and a watery hue. Herbaceous grassy top notes intermix with gooseberry, citrus and spicy asparagus. Vivacious lead gooseberry and citrus flavours marry into grassy asparagus and subtle capsicum characters. Finishes dry and crisp with a herbaceous gooseberry driven aftertaste.
