2021 Villa Antinori Toscana Bianco

A blend of Pinot Grigio, Pinot Bianco, Trebbiano Toscano and Riesling Renano that was first produced by Niccolò Antinori in the 1931 vintage.
Brilliant pale straw colour with a faint tinge of green around the edges and a watery hue. Lifted aromas of pear, apple and honeysuckle drift through the nostrils followed by some wet slate notes. On the palate delicious pear, lime and red apple fruits carry a well rounded river stone like mouth feel with some wet slate characters lying underneath. Finishes dry, brisk and very tasty.
