2021 Water Wheel Five Rounds Baringhup Shiraz

A rich, robust Shiraz swamped with black fruit and charry vanillin oak flavours.

Dense inky black heart with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Heady ripe blackberry, liquorice and black cherry aromas fill the nostrils overlaid by some toasty vanillin oak and peppered earth notes. Rich, concentrated and liqueur like in its texture, the weighty palate is swamped with black cherry, liquorice and charry vanillin oak flavours. Some scorched earth and pepper elements lie underneath. Opulent and chewy in its feel, it has a muscular tannin structure and robust finish.
