2021 Wild Olive Organic Chardonnay

Biodynamic and certified organic. Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Filling the nostrils are ripe peach, honeycomb and crème brulee scents with hints of butterscotch and spicy nougat also evident. Rich, creamy textured flavours of ripe peach, crème brulee and honeycomb overlay traces of bacon fat and spicy nougat. Long opulent conclusion.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
