2021 Yamanashi de Grace

A blend of Muscat Bailey A, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon aged in neutral French oak barrels. Dark red in colour with black shaded edges and a red hue. Attractive ripe red currant and red plum aromas intermix with red to dark cherry, subtle dried herb, scorched earth and spice notes. Elegant yet subtlety juicy in its feel across the palate, red currant, red cherry and red plum fruits are featured over earth, delicate dried herbs and spice. Fine grained tannins with a fresh savoury finish that has a gentle refined feel to it.
