Deep black dark red colour with a dark red purple hue. Pronounced dark plum, liquorice and toasty vanillin oak aromas drift from the glass with some earthy mocha and spice notes also evident. Rich plush dark plum and liquorice fruits are completely overwhelmed by prominent toasty vanillin oak across the back half. Soft, sleek mouthfeel with some earth and spice nuances also evident. Velvet smooth tannins with a toasty vanillin oak driven finish.
