2022 Ata Rangi Crimson Pinot Noir

Fermented with 10% whole bunch inclusion and matured in French oak barriques for 12 months. Dark red in colour with black toned edges and a light red hue. Displaying a perfumed like intensity the nose offers up alluring scents of violets, dark cherries, strawberries and subtle anise followed by hints of forest floor, fresh herbs and spice. Tasty red to dark cherry and strawberry fruits infused with fresh herbs have a supple feel across the palate. Anise, forest floor and spicy cedar elements also chime in. Polished fine grained tannins. Concludes fresh and savoury.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
