2022 Babich Sauvignon Blanc

A classically styled Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc that regularly vies for New Zealand’s best value Sauvvy B. Brilliant water like colour with a subtle tinge of green around the edges. Pungent passionfruit and gooseberry scents jump out of the glass followed by some green apple, herbaceous grassy notes and minerals. Intensely flavoured the palate is awash with passionfruit, gooseberry and lime. Zippy acidity underpins the fruit with subtle herbaceous grassy and flinty mineral characters in the background. Finishes dry and crisp with a mouth watering aftertaste. Once again delivers fantastic bang for your buck.
