2022 Benanti Etna Rosso

Light to medium bodied with fresh acidity and some muscular tannins lending a mildly grippy feel to the elegant, red fruited finish.

Semi translucent red to dark red colour with a light red hue. Elevated scents of spicy red raspberries, red liquorice and red cherries drift through the nostrils trailed by some crushed rock, dried herb and white pepper notes. Delicious red raspberry and red liquorice fruits make a supple entrance onto the light to medium bodied palate. Some muscular tannins firm up the back half with notions of crushed rock, earthy Mediterranean herb like infusions and pepper ensuing. Fresh acidity with a mildly grippy feel to the elegant, red fruited finish.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
